  • If you prefer rough construction only (the box), we focus solely on the structural elements—foundation, framing, plumbing, and electrical—without selecting finishes.
Next, we provide a detailed cost breakdown, finalize the contract, and establish a work schedule. With everything in place, we order materials as needed for your selected scope of work.

Permitting Process

We handle all necessary approvals by submitting architectural plans, structural calculations, and energy compliance reports to secure the required permits. Our team ensures everything meets local building codes so construction can begin without delays.

Construction

Once permits are approved, we bring your vision to life. A dedicated homeowner representative will be assigned to guide you through the process, keeping you informed and ensuring seamless communication
  • We offer two types of construction services:
Rough Construction ("The Box")

We build the essential structure, including foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and HVAC, leaving the interior unfinished. You can then hire another contractor for the finishes.

Full Construction ("Turnkey Service")

We complete everything from rough construction to the final touches, including flooring, paint, lighting, and fixtures, delivering a move-in-ready home
