ADU New Construction – Thousand Oaks
Project description
This ADU new construction in Thousand Oaks was designed and built from the ground up to provide a bright, functional, and elegant secondary living space. The goal was to create a fully independent dwelling that complements the main residence while maximizing comfort, efficiency, and long-term value. The interior design embraces a clean modern aesthetic — combining warm wood textures, sleek matte-black fixtures, and a soft neutral palette to achieve a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
From start to finish, the project included site preparation, foundation work, framing, full plumbing and electrical installation, drywall, cabinetry, and interior finishing. The open-concept kitchen and living area connect seamlessly with the outdoor patio through large sliding glass doors, enhancing natural light and ventilation. Every detail — from the patterned backsplash to the marble-style bathroom tiles — was carefully selected to balance beauty, function, and durability.
