United Team Construction

Effective date: September 13, 2026

United Team Construction, Inc. (“United Team Construction,” “UTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the private UTC Project Financial Dashboard (the “Dashboard”). This policy explains how the Dashboard handles information obtained through its connection to Intuit QuickBooks Online.

1. Scope

The Dashboard is an internal business tool intended only for UTC and its authorized owner. It is not offered as a public accounting, payment, lending, insurance, investment, or third-party financial service.

Phase 2A is limited to financial reporting for these three UTC projects:

  • Lynn Santa Monica;
  • Nikhil – New Addition; and
  • Sherri and David.

2. Information the Dashboard accesses

When the authorized UTC QuickBooks Online company administrator connects the Dashboard to UTC’s QuickBooks Online company, the Dashboard may read business accounting information needed for project financial reporting, including:

  • company, customer, project, and vendor identifiers;
  • invoices, invoice balances, and customer payments;
  • vendor bills, bill balances, vendor credits, and bill payments; and
  • transaction dates, document numbers, amounts, statuses, and related accounting references.

The production connection is implemented for read-only reporting. The Dashboard does not use the QuickBooks connection to create, edit, delete, void, approve, send, categorize, or pay financial records.

3. How information is used

UTC uses the information only to:

  • reconcile financial activity for the three projects identified above;
  • update the private Dashboard;
  • show the source cutoff, freshness, stale or failure status, and reconciliation exceptions; and
  • maintain a restricted internal audit trail of synchronization results.

UTC does not sell QuickBooks data, use it for targeted advertising, or disclose it to unrelated third parties.

4. Storage and service providers

Authorized project information may be stored in UTC’s private hosted Dashboard. Intuit OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored only in encrypted, protected runtime storage outside the public website directory. They are not placed in public pages, visible Dashboard content, source documents, or ordinary logs.

UTC may use service providers, including Intuit, Google-hosted automation services, the private Dashboard hosting provider, and UTC’s website-hosting provider, solely to operate the private Dashboard and its read-only refresh. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

5. Access and security

UTC limits Dashboard access to its authorized owner account. UTC uses access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, narrowly configured application behavior, GET-only accounting requests, exact company and project identity checks, encrypted token storage, and protected diagnostic logs intended to detect stale, partial, unauthorized, or incorrect synchronization.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. UTC therefore cannot guarantee absolute security, but it uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for this private internal tool.

6. Refresh failures and data integrity

The Dashboard refreshes all three approved projects from one verified source batch. If company identity, project identity, cutoff, reconciliation, publication, or readback verification fails, the new financial snapshot is not accepted as current. The Dashboard preserves the last verified snapshot and displays a stale or error status. QuickBooks Online remains UTC’s accounting ledger of record.

7. Retention and deletion

UTC retains synchronized project information only while reasonably needed for project operations, accounting, audit, legal, or recordkeeping purposes. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future Dashboard refreshes after the disconnection is processed. Previously synchronized records may remain in restricted business records or backups until removed under UTC’s retention obligations and normal backup cycle.

An authorized UTC user may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting UTC using the information below. Requests remain subject to legal, accounting, contractual, and legitimate business-retention requirements.

8. Your choices

The authorized QuickBooks Online company administrator may disconnect the Dashboard through Intuit’s connected-app controls. The administrator may reconnect through UTC’s approved connection page or contact UTC with privacy or data-handling questions.

9. Changes to this policy

UTC may update this policy as the Dashboard changes. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.
