Effective date: September 13, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the private UTC Project Financial Dashboard (the “Dashboard”) operated by United Team Construction, Inc. (“UTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By connecting to or using the Dashboard, an authorized user agrees to this Agreement.
1. Internal-use license
UTC grants its authorized owner a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Dashboard solely for UTC’s internal project and financial-control purposes. The Dashboard is not licensed for resale, public distribution, third-party accounting services, or use on behalf of an unrelated business.
Phase 2A is limited to financial reporting for Lynn Santa Monica, Nikhil – New Addition, and Sherri and David.
2. Authorized account
The Dashboard may be accessed only through the owner account UTC has authorized. The authorized user is responsible for protecting that account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. A user may not bypass access controls or obtain credentials, tokens, or information beyond the authorized scope.
3. QuickBooks connection
The Dashboard’s production QuickBooks connection is implemented for read-only reporting. It may read company, customer, project, vendor, invoice, customer-payment, vendor-bill, vendor-credit, deposit, refund, and bill-payment information needed to reconcile the three approved UTC projects and update the private Dashboard.
The application is not intended to create, edit, delete, void, approve, send, categorize, or pay QuickBooks records. QuickBooks Online remains UTC’s accounting ledger of record. If the Dashboard and QuickBooks differ, the authorized user must verify the record in QuickBooks and follow UTC’s reconciliation procedure.
4. Acceptable use
Users may not:
- use the Dashboard unlawfully or outside UTC business purposes;
- interfere with the Dashboard or its connected services;
- introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized testing;
- disclose private project or financial information to unauthorized parties; or
- represent Dashboard information as independently audited financial advice.
5. Data and privacy
Use of the Dashboard is also governed by the UTC Dashboard Privacy Policy. By using the Dashboard, the authorized user acknowledges that UTC and its service providers may process business information as described in that policy.
6. Availability, freshness, and accuracy
The Dashboard is a project-management and reconciliation aid. It may be temporarily unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or stale because of provider outages, authorization expiration, synchronization errors, or data-quality exceptions. The authorized user must review the displayed source cutoff, freshness, and reconciliation status before relying on a Dashboard figure.
All three approved projects refresh from one verified source batch. A failed company, project, cutoff, reconciliation, publication, or readback check prevents the new financial snapshot from being shown as current. The last verified snapshot remains visible with a stale or error status.
To the extent permitted by law, the Dashboard is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
7. Limitation of use and responsibility
The Dashboard does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing source records and obtaining appropriate professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, UTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Dashboard.
8. Third-party services
The Dashboard may connect with Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google-hosted automation services, a private Dashboard hosting provider, and UTC’s website-hosting provider. Those services are governed by their own terms. Intuit is not responsible for the Dashboard, and UTC is not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
9. Suspension, disconnection, and termination
UTC may suspend or terminate access at any time. The authorized QuickBooks Online company administrator may stop using the Dashboard or disconnect it through Intuit’s connected-app controls. After disconnection, future refreshes stop and the Dashboard preserves its last verified snapshot with a stale or error notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including confidentiality, responsibility, limitations, and record-retention provisions, will survive.
10. Changes
UTC may update this Agreement as the Dashboard changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance by the authorized user.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
